Can you transfer VHS movies to PC with HDMI cable?
My computer came with an ATI graphics card with a DVI, VGA and HDMI port.
I have a DVD/VCR combo that can connect to HDMI. Is it possible to connect the VCR player to my graphics card via HDMI?
or
Do I need a TV tuner card?
Okay. The vhs tape won't be accepted by computer directly. You need to capture the video from vhs first. Usually there are three methods to capture video from VHS tapes.
Method 1 Convert Using a Computer with a Video Capture Card Video
Method 2 Convert Using a Digital Camcorder sony camcorder
Method 3 Convert Using an External Video Capture Device
After that, you can burn the video to DVD with DVD burner or something like that.
I search google and find this guide. You can chek.
