Connecting the laptop to LCD TV with HDMI?
I connected my laptop to the LCD TV with a 4ft maxell hdmi cable. The packaging said its for xbox, ps3 but did not state laptops. Is it fine that I am using it for my laptop? Also, the tv cuts off the docks at the bottom of laptop. How do I adjust that or fix that? Am I ruining my laptop or TV by connecting with an hdmi? I feel scared that I will ruin everything by removing the cable and disconnecting everything. Please help thanks.
