DDR2 is not compatible with P55 motherboard required for i5. None of the i3/i5/i7 processors work with DDR2 memory - all of them have integrated DDR3 controllers. SO be careful with what you pick.
Video card - it's advisable to get a GTX 460 1GB instead - about the same perfromance, 50% cheaper, uses much less power and produces less heat. Well, GTX 470 is a little bit faster but GTX 460 is so great that I can't skip it. Check recent reviews on it.
Cooler Master what case? The best CM models are CM690-II, Scout, HAF922
You should look at AMD setup with Phenom II X4 955 or 965, it would be as fast and cheaper too. AMD just cut back all their prices.
