how do i connect my new full hd multimedia player(with hdmi out) to my old hdtv which takes rgb & vga inputs?
hi im buying a transcend DMP-10. pl help me connect it to my old rear projection tv.
i want full hd picture. can happen only via the hdmi port?- is there any way to get a good result ?
should try getting hdmi to vga cables? or hdmi to rgb cables? or maybe theres an alternate method?
also if i could get any reviews on the DMP-10?
thanks!
If your TV does not have even a DVI input, it is most likely a 480p or at most 1080i TV.
If it has DVI, use an HDMI to DVI adapter.
Otherwise you need to use a converter - bad idea. Invest that money on a new TV.
