Xbox 360 toslink optical surround sound problem?
my problem is that i have hdmi running to my projector and then i have the toslink adapter with optical going to my suround sound reciever, my issue is when i go into the audio settings on my xbox and switch it to dolby digital 5.1 my speakers blare with a loud screech, then i switch back to dolby digital stereo it stops, why is this? how do i fix it? also when i try to play a dvd in my xbox it makes that sound even on dolby didgital stereo. and yes ny reciever supports dolby digital 5.1.
