640 x 480 vs. 640 x 360 resolution?
I am planning to buy a pocket projector with 640x480 vga resolution but I got confused because I discovered they are shipping another new and upgraded model but it has 640x360 resolution? which one is better?
Well, the 640 x 480 of course gives you more lines of resolution. However, the 640 x 360 is more of a widescreen ratio whereas the other is the older screen ratio 4:3. They must have done this to fit the new 16:9 video configuration.
In all fairness they should have bumped up the 640 as well but probably did this as a "quick fix."
