Yeah, it'll do fine.
Everything is great EXCEPT the video card. The 9500GT is alright, but it won't be able to max any of the newer games. The 9500GT is similar to a 8600GT in power, and we know that a 8600GT runs Crysis on about medium settings and GTA4 on about medium, too. But for the game you asked for, it should run fine.
