take a scart lead from the vcr and connect to scart port on dvd recorder, sometimes labeled stb. and then another scart from dvd to tv from scart port labelled tv. switch on dvd player and play a video in vcr find the channel on youre dvd that the video is on. once you know what station on dvd the video is on. put in blank dvd and video you want to record, start to record with dvd and just after starting to record play video to be recorded.
